Within the first 45 days of purchase you are free to exchange your ring for a different size, a different style, or simply return it. Additionally if your ring is damaged in anyway within the first 45 days we will replace it for you free of charge. The only thing not covered by this 45 day period is engraving. If you would like any of your exchanges to be engraved again then you would just have to pay the $20 custom engraving fee.
Once you are past the 45 day trial period we still want you to feel at ease and this is why we offer one of the best and most comprehensive lifetime warranty's in the industry. If you need to exchange or replace your ring for any reason you will only have to pay a $30.00 deductible. The only thing not covered by the lifetime warranty is engraving. If you would like any of your exchanges to be engraved again then you would just have to pay the $20 custom engraving fee. Using the lifetime warranty is easy. Simply contact us to request an exchange. We will send you a form that you will fill out and ship back with your ring. Once your exchange is received we will process your request.
The warranty of these manufacturers is a Lifetime Warranty that states that your ring is designed and crafted to exacting quality standards and is warranted against imperfection in design, materials or workmanship forever. Any ring not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced. If your finger size ever changes, the manufacturer will resize or replace your ring for as many times as necessary. Please note, Once you are past the 30 day trial period of any Triton, Scott Kay or Edward Mirell style, there is a $40.00 fee to cover shipping and handling costs each time the warranty is used. This $40.00 fee is also applied for replating and normal wear & tear of any Triton, Scott Kay or Edward Mirell style. Engraving does not void the warranty, but when a ring is replaced the warranty does not cover $20 re-engraving fee. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If a style is discontinued, these manufacturers reserve the right to substitute a similar style.These manufacterers are not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring. Warranty is for original purchaser only and is not transferable.
